It's my turn again and this one was totally motivated by a comment Felicia made last week in an email. It has to do with this:
Paper. The tons of paper we have. In particular, the pieces we once thought were beautiful and now know we will never use. And there is always some left from those ginormous pads we buy ( even after it seems you have used it forever and are sick of it). And lots not forget the random pieces left over from kits and collection packs.
So... pull them out and make some pretty envelopes. Not altered or decorated envelopes - just mailing envelopes.
Templates: here, and a gob of them here and if you need more, here, and again here. Google free envelope templates and you will be overwhelmed with choices. Or, you can open up an envelope and trace it. I plan on making the standard A2 size, along with some legal and 5x5 AND 6x6.
Maybe you own an Enveloper or a Martha Stewart Scoreboard to make the job easier, and you don't have to cut and trace a template. At any rate...make yourself a stash of envelopes out of that paper you will never use and show us your stack!
